Vacuum Stage

Specially designed for semiconductor and hard disk manufacturers, Hysitron has developed a vacuum stage for the TI-series TriboIndenter^® capable of handling wafers up to 12 inches. The necessity of mounting parts of wafers is eliminated and sample exchange is simplified, making this an invaluable tool for wafer testing.
