Heating/Cooling Stage
A thermal stage for the TI-series TriboIndenter® has been developed that allows both heating and cooling of samples for nanomechanical characterization. The thermal range of this tool from -10°C to 200°C makes it ideal for testing the temperature dependent properties of biomaterials, polymers and many semiconductor materials that are utilized at non-ambient temperatures.
